Discipline for
Home and School, Fundamentals
– ( This 87 page book explains exactly how this process works within
the student and should give sufficient information to help educators
decide if they want to use RTP in their school or facility. This
should be read prior to training.) |
|
Discipline For
Home and School, Book One
- Book One and Two are critical for continual on-going training in
RTP which is so necessary for the success of RTP in a school. Both
should be used and reused both as a refresher and a source for new
ideas.) |
|
Discipline For
Home and School, Book Two
– (see above remarks) |
|
Freedom
From Stress
– (RTP is based on Perceptual Control Theory, which was first
explained by William Powers in his book, Behavior: The Control Of
Perception. FFS should serve to help those new to RTP as a help with
their initial understanding of PCT. Simply written and especially
useful for school counselors, psychologists, and social
workers.) |
|
Creating Peace
Within - By Ed Ford:
This book explains how two very different
cultures, inmates in the county jail and students in primary and
secondary schools, are taught, using the RTP concepts but not
exactly with the same methods, a unique way to look within
themselves, decide the way they want to be, and restructure their
own lives so they can think for themselves, eliminate conflict, and
restore harmony and peace in their lives. With a slightly different
approach, it has been highly successful with Ed's work in the
Maricopa County jail in Phoenix. A must reading for RTC teachers,
administrators, and school counselors, social workers, and
psychologists. |
